The Garena announced that the Championship ” Free Fire Champions Cup ” (FFCC) has been postponed due to the outbreak of coronavirus. The tournament would take place in Indonesia on April 19 but is being postponed indefinitely.

 

 

 

The Free Fire Champions Cup would be one of the leading mobile e-sport tournaments in Asia. Opening the Free Fire calendar in that part of the world and following up on other events in the region like the Free Fire India Championship 2020.

In light of the evolving global situation in relation to COVID-19 and our commitment to prioritize the health and well-being of our athletes, fans, partners, and team, we postponed the Free Fire Champion Cup (FFCC) 2020, which was scheduled to April 19 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

The postponement is only for the FFCC, the other Free Fire events, such as the Brazilian Free Fire League (LBFF) follow normally. There was no change of date with respect to the Free Fire World Final, the World Series, which took place in Brazil last year. The World Series remains scheduled for the end of 2020.
